Beaches have attracted white and black both anywhere and the same applies with Tobago too. You got some fantastic beaches with bird seeing. You have all lot of sea food and specialty dishes at Restaurants and bars there. Try going to Englishmen Bay and this is a gem of this isle located on the border of the Rain forest there.
Another place of interest is Pigeon point and Man O War beach bay is simply sandy superb for me.
This little tobago is mostly sanctuary of birds. You can go to Seabird sanctuary. You will find many coral reefs offshore too making your diving and thrilling snorkeling easy. People are here all normally enjoying way and get too much lively on sunday night to rock out with Soca rhythms at feet. This happens at a grand street band party which is known there as ‘Sunday school’.
This tobago has got a shit local departure tax of TT$100 which is equal to 12 GBP and i am getting innerly bankrupted paying this tax at each islands. You can reach there by flight or from Trinidad & tobago where local caribbean flights roam frequently.
16 teams are participating this year for World cup 2007 including Canada,netherlands,scotland and other i suppose ireland too. The fever is high on for this.
The teams are divided into 4 groups ;
A group
B group
C group
D group
All this groups will play in caribbean at different location.
Group A will play at Trelawny, Jamaica
Group B will play at St. Vincent
Group C will play at Trinidad & Tobago
Group D at most prosperous Barbados.
First semi-final is at Jamaica and other at saint lucia.
Final will be in Barbados.

I have visited most places at caribbean to see world famous beaches like that of spains but got to one idea that caribbean can be expensive generally from Middle east and southern asia.
The currency has low rates at south asia side so it costs people highly for opting caribbean travel destinations. Thats a big problem unlike Europe and US. People in European nations and US or with high currency rates can mostly afford expensive caribbean.
The hotels as said are royal and expensive at caribbeans.Even some have duty free shopping but other things are costly like for simply traveling out there. Mostly hotels and restaurants get you a lot of heavy cost and extras like water sports and other extracurricular activities.
Nassau is historic if seen and you can go to plenty straw markets for visit. Beaches have no words and best ever bone fishing to be seen. Nightclubs will swing you like anything. Helicopter trips are surprising for sure.
Bahamas is multi-island truly.Bahamas got their independence on 10 July and in September be sure to watch grand carnival festives.
The gold rock beach is protected by government there and therefore is worth seeing and you should also visit cabbage beach at paradise islands in Nassau.Rest assured, diving and sailing is best at Abaco islands and you are advised to take a boat or hire it to go round all way island.
For golf interested go to Nassau for cable beach golf course or at Lucaya golf course at grand bahamas. At abaco you can be at Treasure cay course.
For rock at night you can be relaxed at bahamas. there are casinos,bars, restaurants and shops all many for you. At Nassau do the duty free shopping and here you can shop almost all variety international goods and local goods like watch companies like Rolex. So its got all stuff for shopping at duty-free to enjoy. with travel agents they are sure to show you something extra at something like showing you some amazing creatures.
They generally as i know offer combined trips associating this one with some other destinations as that would be cost-effective and easy to travel at best.
The climate is no problem at bahamas as its usually mild all year round. This islands are mostly popular for beaches they possess. Not only beaches to say is right but many other things also. You have huge activities to seriously enjoy like getting with sharks!! and seeing corals and beautiful reefs. You will be doing helicopter rides, night with casinos, play some best golf, major water sports, or bonefishing too.
You are sure to find some dolphins and shark there. The bahamas island if starting from north Abaca islands is in straight series and ends at Caicos & turks islands. So you can take a ferry to go round all the islands in Bahamas.
Bahamas is actually a group of many scattered islands all between Sea coast side florida to cuba’s north-east. They all are scattered and best among them are like New providence. bahamas capital is nassau which is in New providence island and cable beach is also here only.
The little abaco island and also great abaco island are most sight-seeing and beachy blue places on the Bahamas. This both are east to florida only and north to Bahamas main land. This island are larger in size but less populated. Dont be surprise if you are wondering lonely at best beaches alone because Bahamas group of innumerable islands are many in number so you wont find much people everywhere.
World cup is rounding near in April month and all travelers are quite enthusiastic of reaching West indies. Our star people of crickets have reached jamaica.
I am speaking here from Indian point of view that to tell cricket fever is in minds of people. Public is making all sort of arrangements to make perfection at this occasion. A laughing incidence that my regular barber is making great arrangements for T.V at his salon to drive in traffic. Isn’t this India fever? surely is and i am also packing up to go at this jamaica and again have a trip at few islands there.
I wanted to go to caribbean and this World cup 2007 has made my planning superb.
Here the travel companies are offering many packages for this. Starting from Whooping INR 3,50,000 which is i think quite high for any common person in india and even higher middle class. This mimnimum package isnt much worth as its for i suppose only 7 days and i aint going to buy this one but a long stay package. Cost is totally different thing.
People here and there are discussing about who will win and who will lose or what will happen to whom? But i am least interested and only interested only in making my this caribbean trip perfect. I am going in a group of 3 along my spouse and thats i suppose gonna be interesting with all excitement and thrill.

At beaches you aren’t enough at all with spots ranging from A to Z like windsurfing,diving,deep sea fishing,etc. You have water-skeing and parasailing and do keep a watch on colourful reefs in sea.
They say that St. lucia is perfect for weddings and taking oaths which i have seen and heard but don’t actually know its perfect reason for it. Maybe some peculiar reason and for this travel organizations are giving this spectacular facility to people out there for honeymoons.
St. Lucia has Kids club and water parks too for kids enjoyment. You can visit Pigeon island national park and childrens will also like to see humpback whales and seashore turtles at beaches.
The best and most preferred way to know this pretty little isle is by hiring a rough and tough car and go all the way round the island and visit mountains too with your guide or your companion. Also Horse rides or Bikes are available for roaming just like cars. So there are plenty of these vehicles and no need to worry.
Pigeon national park is free for entry and you will like it past ruins to be seen by you. Try going to St. Lucia with other islands because going there for special trip is costly.
