A perfect high level corruption is found here.A backward and rather a developing country it is with corruption surely existing which is natural.If caught for any illegal thing, best is to give away bucks asked at the time by cops or authorities because once you land in jail,you will hardly be mentally alive.The worst jail treatment is in uganda.So just give away money and escape than land in jail and suffer more than animals.
Nomad people are lazy.Burglary at gunpoint in your house is not much shocking.AVoid being out from home after 10 o’clock night time because you are most chanced to be robbed or killed because thats the routine occurence.Stay legal at any cost.
