Many small interesting places to travel in Cuba.First at capital Havana.One of the wonders of Cuba.It has old town,a history and new urban city,dancing their feet to salsa music and ramba.There are bars,disco theques,theatres,in short a perfect metro.It has some of the most prominent Spanish architecture in whole of Cuba.It is also the largest city population wise in Cuba.I advise you to make advance reservation during times like New year,when there is mostly rush and traffic flows from Europe and America.
Another city,next to Havana is Santiago de Cuba.It is almost the same type as Havana,but more Caribbean influence and colourful history,history as it is known as ‘Cradle of revolution’,a varied history of French people who were main planters here,etc.Here also you can enjoy the same music,literature,entertainment and thrill of Caribbean.
Trinidad is late city.Late in the sense of discovering it.Found in 15th century and till 19th century,this heavenly beauty was used for smuggling.There were revolts and other history which you can find here.Sugarcane is dominant here.Huge production of sugar also.It is a natural beauty,general to say Caribbean is nothing else than beauty,beaches and natural resources.
Cuba has a up-down history.So it will be very much interesting for historians to study this country.There are museums where it will give you further details about history of Cuba.
People here also are enthusiastic and celebrate ‘Day of Cuban Culture’-10 Oct,1 st Jan-Liberation day.Christmas is public holiday.Cuba has regular flights from US,Mexico,Canada-Toronto,Europe.As i said,US will need special permissions to travel to Cuba.Few ships do stay here.Domestic flights are many and operate between cities.They will be small aircrafts.Cuba has very good road system,unlike in Latin America.Buses are best way to travel here.Trains connect main cities.You can even rent a car,but thats generally always costly and it is.Further you need to know signs there to drive a car.So buses are best option.
