The island la digue is all with abundant water and fishermen’s at work. I tried myself with one fellow fisherman and spend a day with him and got a good deal of knowledge and enjoyment too.A day is worth spending with him.At seashores you will see many tortoises to be spotted and many of them huge enough.
At botanical gardens there are large tortoises to be seen and many other fascinating things too.Not to worry about climate as its mild and gently calm year round.cuisine is very good here.

Capital city Yamoussoukro, a unique city of africa it looks like.Lights and more funds given by earlier president than other cities.Remains of virgin forests are Tai national park.Huge trees,dense.A bit of wildlife and you will have to take permission to go through it,some bribe i suppose.Rainy and humid region so better to go in summer.Small streams and other natural scenery makes this place worth visiting.
Abidjan is another unattended city by the government.Some more national parks and places.Churches are well built earlier,as christians are second to native ivorians.Abidjan International airport is the only airport.Not many airlines fly,very few african airlines land here.Buses and minibuses are best options to travel.There are express trains to ghana,burkin faso and neighbouring cross border cities but now unused by passengers.
The safety is the first risk you are always with while in Ivory coast.
It would be unpleasant to visit ivory coast when you have plenty of other places.But as each country has its own identity,so has Ivory coast.It has beautiful coasts and natural scenery.A vivid african history,ancient art.mountains and all that beautiful words.But ivory coasts dark side is a major problem and knowing that practically,you will refuse to travel there.Hunger,poverty,frequent violence and insecurity are major problems.The violence,theft and burglary has become so common that many airlines and even UK embassy has stopped being there.A constant threat to anybody.
Capital city is Yamoussoukro.Population of 1.7 crores.But would be more than 2 crores because its african backward census.But Abidjan is the largest city.Though health problems are very acute.Large toxic waste was dumped in Abidjan,killing many people.The civil war going since 2002 has hindered ivory coasts economy a lot.Earlier Ivory has a record of 10% growth and was quite comparatively prosperous than other North-west african countries.
If you see Ivory coasts history,they were largest producers of cocoa and coffee.The temperature of ivory is hot and humid.Rainfall in June-may.There will be national parks and coastal villages and some monuments to see.Its always dangerous to wander in remote places in any african country.
Saw currency coversions at XE where found petrol and diesel are literally cheap there in egypt.While no doubt small water bottle is more costlier than petrol.But that doesnt matter also.Petrol 1 litre is for about RS.10(INR 10)(US$=0.25).Quite cheap.There currency is Egyptian pounds(EGP).While water bottle or mineral water is slightly few more bucks(just slightly).Diesel is for RS. 4/litre!!(US $0.1).Great driving i say.Snacks for Rs.5(US$ 0.12).great.But egypt has oil reserves and natural gas reserves too.That is why its at the rates of stones.
The main thing i love about egypt is its architecture which they only have the patent.Cairo is Egypt’s capital city.Busy,pollution and not proper discipline.Sub-urbans do have mud brick houses but there is a lot of urbanity in this fast paced city.Like modern buildings and grand cars!Its better to visit it in winter,summers are hot.Water you know is always going to be costly.
Aswan i fell is more beautiful city.From here you can see the Nile river.There are markets and you can lay your hands at products available here.you must visit Nubian museum and tombs of the nobles.Here is built the mighty Aswan high dam.Lake Nasser is another attraction.worlds largest artificial lake,Lake Nasser.Huge i ever seen.Looks like sea.
Abu simbel and Ramases temple are worth traveling.Now comes major attraction for traveling egypt,The Pyramids!I was astonished and had a momentary feeling of discovering something when i first saw practically the most sought after architecture,pyramids.Here you can go by camels or horses to see pyramids.Lots of people come here to see it everyday.The Pyramids of Giza are famous and oldest.There are numerous pyramids of different Pharaohs(the rulers who built it and now buried in it).But you will see the famous and oldest ones only.
The sphinx is another creature,not still found what it stands for.But that too you will see.These pyramids and sphinx have magnificient view during sunsets and sunrise.Egyptian museum has many things stored for you to see and you will find archaeologists and other historians wandering here.

Mauritius is majority hindu.There are various tribes settled here.the population is mostly descendants of labourers and slaves brought to work on this island by britishers and french.Franco mauritians are the original tribes of this island.The descendants of african slaves are creoles.people here are specific mix tribe.Their official language is english,but that doesnt mean its used everywhere.Here people speak hindi,french,mauritian creole,chinese.

Seychelles if you think upon is a great destination for all. Just that wanted cool and moderate climate especially at a perfect island fulfilling hear and soul peace. Let me tell you where this Seychelles is, its near Madagascar in Indian Ocean and not far away flight to Africa’s east coast also. Flights are available here from near by places but I opted through adventurous Madagascar boat as I personally hired it.
The currency here is Seychelles rupee. The official language here on this small beautiful island is Creole, English and French too. It’s a bit costly, not too costly as it’s a rare and not a common visiting place. But this place is marvelous for me.
