360 degree feedback
I was looking for a new job recently, but I was continuously getting turned down even for the easiest jobs. I have good qualifications and have studied up to university level, although after my qualifications and experience I was having a bad time. But soon my life was changed, and it because I came across a program called 360 degree feedback, it brought wonders to my life. This program is also known as multi-rater feedback or 360 degree appraisal. I only wish I had found out about this program much earlier and I also suggest that other people use this program too, as it will help them in their career, which can lead them to get an improved job and go into a better career. It simply works as a feedback service which tells you what improvements need to be made and in which areas of work you are weak.
